Right on sea front by pier, convenient location for everything. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was continental - this is specified in booking, and you can buy a cooked breakfast from 11 am but it would be nice to have an inclusive cooked breakfast at an earlier time for price. Sauna, gym and steam room are for men only so couldn't enjoy it as a couple which was a shame as we don't get away together much. Very noisy area at night. While it seems a nice idea wouldn't recommend a seafront hotel in Brighton if you like your sleep!

Loved this hotel. It is fairly small but thats is what I liked about it. Sooooooooo much nicer than the holiday Inn and places like that.The staff couldnt do enough for you. They were so helpul and lovely....
